A Thousand Words Thursday 10-15-2009

As a family we have never had a back yard. Never a place to kick a ball or run through a sprinkler. This is a special time for us as we explore our back yard and the play and fun it holds. Here you see Kaitlyn and Teagan “harvesting” the tree. Their words not mine. The imaginations are running wild in their new play world. After this they dug in the dirt/sand for “buried treasure.” Out of all the things I looked forward to in moving into a house, this I somehow over looked.
Please head over to Cheaper Than Therapy for more blogger links to A Thousand Words Thursday.

  2. I had a backyard as a kid but we don't have one for ours now which makes me sad that they could not enjoy one like I did as a kid. I love the look of your blog and the color combo.
